The Games Grown Men Play

Big Pharma plays games with children’s health.

After listening to the live press conference [July 12, 2012] regarding the Penn State-Sandusky Sex Scandal Report held at the Westin Hotel in nearby Philadelphia, I could not help but question the apparent skewed business culture of “don’t snitch; don’t whistleblow ‘cause you’ll lose your job or be prosecuted.” That apparent ‘mores’ permeates every profession, not only college football.  As I assess it, media, medicine, pharmacology, Congress, and probably all the way up to White House level professionals seem to operate in that ‘sordid business culture’.  However, there even seems to be an added tweak at those levels: ‘You scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours in keeping information from the public because they may not like what we do’. Former FBI Director Louis Freeh, who headed up the Penn State investigation, sort of alluded to what I say above when, during the press conference, he pointed out that the janitor(s) at Penn State who witnessed a horrible shower incidence discussed it among themselves and decided not to report it because, as Mr. Freeh quoted one janitor as saying, “Can’t report it; we’ll get fired.”  Then Mr. Freeh interjected this comment that caught my attention about whistleblowing: “It’s like going against the President of the United States.”  Whoah! Not only going against the President, Mr. Freeh, how about going against the U.S. CDC, FDA, and Big Pharma. For those who want to read the 267 page Report of the Special Investigative Counsel Regarding the Actions of The Pennsylvania State University Related to the Child Sexual Abuse Committed by Gerald A. Sandusky, you may access it at in a pdf at the following website:

What I find appalling, and in some ways rather ‘amusing’, is that Sandusky sexual offenses were first realized by top brass Penn Staters around 1998, but it didn’t go public until Mike McQueary, the Nittany Lions former defense coordinator, became involved, I assume. [1] I’m in no position to comment on Mr. McQueary or anyone involved in this sordid case of child abuse where justice apparently was set aside and ‘games played’ for numerous years while children apparently were being abused because of ‘games grown men play.’

According to The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act or Clery Act is a federal statute codified at 20 U.S.C. § 1092(f), with implementing regulations in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations at 34 C.F.R. 668.46  [2] signed into law in 1990, Penn State higherups should have known they had to report activity that came under the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act, as the Clery Act is known.  They didn’t; children suffered abuse and no one apparently cared enough to do the correct thing for fear of reprisals against whistleblowers.

The appalling reality of the fear of whistleblowing ought to be superimposed, I think, on what goes on with another form of literal child abuse under the disguise of preventive healthcare.  Child abuse occurs when children are used almost like guinea pigs under the guise of preventing disease, as with vaccines and vaccinations that contain neurotoxins, toxic heavy metals, formaldehyde, Formalin, foreign DNA, and other industrial chemicals that are injected into infants as young as newborns and repeatedly over the next 12 months so as to be causing serious health problems, which are documented in the CDC’s VAERS reporting system.

No one seems to care at federal health agency levels as to why two generations of children have regressed into a 1 in 88 autism ratio in the United States.

The autism statistic has accelarated dramatically, more than six thousand percent (6,000%) as confirmed by the report below, and yet no one is doing the apparent defining study—vaccinated versus non-vaccinated children—to determine a correlation between the rise in autism with the concurrent rise and mandates for childhood vaccines/vaccinations.

AUTISM PREVALENCE in the United States has soared. In 1970, Treffert et. al. published the first known autism prevalence study in the United States, Epidemiology of Infantile Autism, with an autism prevalence rate of less than 1 per 10,000. In 1987, Burd et. al. published a study, A prevalence study of pervasive developmental disorders in North Dakota, showing an autism rate of 3.3 per 10,000. In 2007, the Centers for Disease Control’s Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Network released data showing that prevalence of autism had grown to 66 per 10,000 or 1 in 150, an increase of more than 6,000% from the 1970 study. [3]

As Judge Freeh said in his press conference, there was a “failure of governance” by Penn State leaders.  Freeh suggested Penn State should “study itself” and create “an open and compliant culture.”  Freeh also said that everyone has the duty to blow the whistle no matter how prominent or important a person appears to be. Applause, applause, applause!

That may be all well and good, Mr. Freeh, but it apparently does not apply within Big Pharma and the U.S. FDA.  Could you please do an investigation there, as I think it’s very badly needed.  A recent Merck court case indicates some of the apparent fraud that goes on within pharmacology with vaccines.

As Mr. Freeh said, there are consequences to bad publicity that lead to and include government investigations plus questions.  Fine and dandy, Mr. Freeh.  But I have a question for you, Sir: How can transparency happen when the supposedly free press in the U.S. is not free to report the problems regarding vaccine adverse events/reactions either within the USA or globally?

Here’s another question for you, Mr. Freeh: Why are whistleblowers prosecuted? Something definitely seems upside down at law, wouldn’t you say?

Mr. Freeh said Penn State officials “made a decision to actively conceal this [Sandusky sex abuse] information.”  I contend Big Pharma, plus others, also have made collusive decisions to conceal the apparent fraud(s) surrounding vaccinology, as the recent Merck lawsuit apparently substantiates.

Congress should empower Mr. Freeh to investigate how can we get the ‘games of science’ grown men—and maybe some women—play regarding vaccinology to be recognized for what pseudo science actually produces: child abuse.

Just like the Freeh report found Penn State was more interested in protecting itself from bad publicity instead of protecting abused children, should we be asking if something similar is going on with Congress and the CDC/FDA with regard to all the children damaged by vaccines?  Why is government protecting Big Pharma and vaccine makers instead of innocent children?  Someone has to come up with an answer, and soon.
