“when my son was born i adamently refused he have the hepititus shot or leave my room to the nursery.
finally they insisted he go to the nursery for the residents to examine him. there was what appeared to be evidence of a shot on his arm. later, when he was older and was getting injuries when with his father on visits i began only tetnus shots. he was so allergic the doctor gave him a immunization waver.
he had already been diagnosed with adhd – this is so severe he has even been impatient for treatment. i’m afraid due to my circumstances to try to get hospital records to see if he did recieve the hepititus shot – can you/do you know someone who might help me?”
